At school for topic we have been making fermented food which is a food made to last longer. Since we were doing this I thought that I should try to make some cheese because it would be interesting and we live on a farm. When I finished it came out as a puffy sort of curd. I had a try of it and it had a nice taste like a sort of cottage pie. I recommend it and the recipe is below the picture.
How to make cheese.
The Ingredients
water,white vinegar, knife,whisk ,large pot, milk, cheese cloth.
Put two letters of milk in a large pot and boil it on the stove at 80 degrees.
Mix it lightly with the whisk until it bubbles up and goes chunky.
After that take the pot off the oven and turn it off.
Get a small cup and scoop up all of the curd and put it in the cheesecloth.
Let the milk drain out and of the cloth.
